All Advanced Tech network installations carry a six-month warranty with unlimited telephone and on-site support. Post-warranty and third-party installations are covered by an annual service contract or handled on a per diem basis. Charges vary depending on size, age and complexity of the network environment.

All service contract customers receive immediate attention and repair. Remote secure supervision allows Advanced Tech full-scale administration of most network resources. This access is a direct link to the problem and the quickest way to a solution.

In cases where the presence of a technician on-site is necessary, Advanced Tech implements the following response levels:

Network Down Situation (Critical):
Immediate response via telephone
After 15-20 minutes on the telephone without a solution, a service technician will be dispatched.


Estimated time of arrival varies on distance to the site.

Imperative Service Issues (non-critical):
Four hours (Reported: 9am-2pm)
Next business morning (Reported: After 2pm)


Miscellaneous Service Issues:
Next business day (unless hardware is required)
