Biographies

Eugene Laykhtman is the founder and president of Advanced Technology Group, Inc. (ATG). Eugene oversees all aspects of ATG's industry recognized solutions and support team, including business development, marketing, product deployment, quality assurance and larger field projects.

Founded in 1995, ATG, under the direction of Eugene, has experienced all aspects of IT evolution from local area network applications to the explosion of commercial internet, to the development of electronic security and Wi-Fi applications. Throughout much of his career at ATG, Eugene has been instrumental in developing and implementing cutting- edge technological solutions for over 100 client projects. Over the last eight years, he has designed and rolled out numerous network applications bringing ATG success and recognition in the IT industry.

With more than 15 years experience in the IT industry as a technology leader, consultant and executive, Eugene is a recognized expert in network applications, security procedures and project management. He has extensive knowledge in driving major communications, redundancy and disaster recovery solutions, application developments, as well as storage and security management projects on heterogeneous platforms.

Eugene received a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from St. Petersburg Electo Technical Institute and Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Manhattan College, New York.

Alex Kalinovsky joined Advanced Technology Group in 1997 as a project manager, and in 2000 he advanced to Chief Technology Officer. Alex oversees daily operations, coordinating with project managers and supervising entire lifecycle of advanced network solutions and services.

Alex has ten years experience in network infrastructure design and implementation. His expertise lies in the architecture and management of large scale messaging and groupware solutions. Over the last four years, Alex has concentrated on design and maintenance of network and application security solutions for infrastructure and e-commerce clients.

Alex led the team that developed and maintains public services applications as well as monitoring and management platforms.

Irene Resnik is an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Advanced Technology Group, reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer. Appointed in September, 1996 Ms. Resnik is responsible for ATG’s financial strategy, accounting and corporate financial information, financial control, taxation, and investor relations functions.

Ms. Resnik began her career in 1982 with the Sun Ray Contracting Corp., and in 1991 joined A to Z Electrical Contracting as CFO. Irene graduated from Kiev Institute of Economics in 1979 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

John McDonald recently joined Advanced Technology Group as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. John manages all aspects of sales and sales support. All carrier and agent sales, relations and marketing are negotiated and maintained through his department.

John brings to Advanced Technology Group over 22 years in Communications Sales and Alternate Channel management experience. The Agent Sales Channel at Advanced Technology Group will bring this direct industry knowledge, management and support, in combination with Advanced Technology Group's core IT expertise, to create a fully integrated approach to both partners and clients.

John received his Bachelor's of Science in Corporate Communications from S.C.S.U. and has won numerous awards for Channel Management and Development Excellence.
